AGREEEMENT OF USER
You (referred to as “You” or “User”) are permitted to access and read digital products, including but not limited to mobile applications (“Sites” or “Services”), as long as you abide by the terms and conditions of use, which are subject to periodic updates and modifications at IEO’s sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by the terms of this agreement for the duration of your subscription, or until you access the sites. You acknowledge and agree to comply by all of the terms and conditions listed here for APIs and Software. Using the Sites requires you to accept advertising, promotions, and marketing communications.
EDITIONS AND ADDITIONS
We reserve the right to change, add, remove, update, add, cancel, or discontinue any or all of the Sites or Services, or portions or sections thereof, at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to edit, remove, update, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products, and services of portions thereof without prior notice, which we refer to as “modifications and changes.”
LOGO SETUP
You are registering as a unique individual user of the Sites when you do so. You can access registration areas by using your password and email address. We grant you access to the Sites’ registration sections in accordance with:
(i) Your password and email address are unique to you, and may not be used for other people’s access to the Sites. You have reached the age of eighteen (18). If not, your registration will only be permitted to be used if your guardian gives their consent. If a minor, it is your responsibility to disclose their actual age.
Constrained Permission
We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Services solely for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with the terms stated here. No right, title, or interest will be transferred to you other than the limited license mentioned above. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of the content on the Site or the Services except for your personal information and use. transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or used in any other way for commercial gain without the owners’ prior written consent.
Copyright Information
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, copyright, and all rights to any material presented on the sites (such as text, audio, video, or graphical images), unless otherwise stated, is our property or the property of our Affiliate that has granted us a proper license. This intellectual property is protected by applicable law.
Intellectual Assets
Unless otherwise indicated, all intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, copyright, and all rights to intellectual property in any material presented on the sites (such as text, audio, video, or graphical images), that appears on the sites is either our property or the property of an Affiliate that has granted us a proper license.
Your Responsibilities
By using the Site and/or Services, you promise to IEO that you will only use them for legal purposes and that you won’t break any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws, rules, ordinances, or other requirements.
